Posted on behalf of Sister Tammy Jones:

The following items were lost/stolen from a vehicle parked on York St at Vine in Kitsilano on the evening of Tuesday January 6th. This gear is highly specialized camera equipment that would not be easy to resell. All items are serialized and a police report has been filed. I will give a generous reward for the safe return of my gear. Nanuk 940 case, Preston - MDR 3, Fiz/Iris Handset, Motor, batteries and charger, cables, a few brackets.  Tammy Jones 604-761-6347

The Value of AED's

Here are Gary Mitchell, President of IATSE849 (on the right) & Wayne Goodchild, President of IATSE 873
Gary suffered heart attack in the airport after the GEB in Seattle. Wayne revived Gary and saved his life.

IATSE 669 has it's staff trained in the use of an AED. We also recently sent funds to IATSE 856 in Manitoba so that shows there can have an AED on set while shooting incase a member may need that support.
