This training is intended to help Shop Stewards develop a better understanding of their role, rights and responsibilities as well as the contracts that we work under in our jurisdiction. There will be a focus on relevant case studies and handling common issues that may arise.
Zoom links and course materials will be provided to all registrants in advance of the session. This session will require active participation in breakout rooms and group discussions. A device with a webcam will be required.
A $150 “no show” fee will be assessed to anyone who books for a virtual training session and does not show up or cancel within 72 hours to allow someone else to take that space.
