ICG 669 2FA SMS Terms and Conditions
- ICG 669 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to improve the security of member, trainee, employee, and producer / production staff (the “User”) accounts. By enrolling in SMS-based 2FA, the User agrees to receive text messages from ICG 669 that contain one-time verification codes required to access their account. These messages are used solely for authentication purposes and will only be sent during the login process or when security verification is needed.Message and data rates may apply depending on the mobile carrier. Frequency of messages will vary depending on the login activity of the user.
- The User is able cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code, and then ICG 669 will send an SMS message to confirm a successful unsubscribe. The User will no longer receive SMS messages from ICG 669. If the User wishes to opt-in after an unsubscribe, the User can update the preference area of the Member Portal to resume receiving 2FA text messages.
- If a User is experiencing issues with receiving an SMS, the User must contact ICG 669 technical team by emailing [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent between the User and ICG 669. Message frequency depends on the User’s login activity; typically a User will receive one message per login attempt. If a User has any questions about their text plan or data plan, it is best to contact their wireless provider.
ICG 669 2FA SMS Privacy Notice
- The User’s information will only be used for two-factor authentication login purposes.
- ICG 669 will not share a User’s opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the User with the services of that campaign.
