What has your experience of being on set lately?
From what we’re hearing from members, union stewards and staff, people’s fatigue, impatience, and even anger, and are at an all time high – with outbursts, conflicts, and dismissive behaviours on the rise. Conversely, our collective reserves of patience, resilience, and wellbeing are depleted, with symptoms of burnout prevalent in our sector.
