We stand in solidarity with our Sisters, Brothers, and Kin who have demonstrated so courageously over these past few days worldwide on the problems of racism and inequality and the devaluation and dehumanization of Black life.
We acknowledge the societal injustices towards Indigenous people and the unjust treatment of people of colour across the world.
As a Union, we will call on everyone to speak out, to fight for and represent on behalf of our Sisters, Brothers, and Kin. Together, we need to find sustainable solutions that affirm the prosperity of Black lives.
Together we stand beside one another to fight for justice, inclusivity, and the change needed for equality.
Black Lives Matter.
